Sheffield Anti-Lockdown Protests - December 2020, January 2021 & February 2021

The country opens up again for Decemeber. People do Christmas shopping and are allowed to visit family for Christmas dinner. How long will it last? Not very long! Immediately after Christmas the country went into "Tier 4", aka the same national lockdown that we had in November. How long will this last? Will people tolerate it? As of February, we are still in Tier 4. Plenty of people are now getting fed up of it, but many continue to tolerate it.

I continue to visit the anti-lockdown gatherings in Sheffield to find out people's opinions.

January 2021

Christmas 2020

On this day, Sheffield is far busier than it usually is. People are obviously out doing Christmas shopping. A new vaccine has been announced for the coronavirus. In this video I get people's opinions on the vaccine, watch an altercation with the police, and listen to Sheffield's infamous "Banana Man".

December 2020

South Yorkshire is now back in Tier 3. In this video I have a little look round Sheffield city centre, and speak to Cuthbert Baines of the Bar Billiards Premiere League about how lockdown has affected him and his sport. Various other people also give their opinions on the current situation.
