Mr Coates got fed up of being treated poorly by various organisations!Common complaints are rudeness, harassment, lost paperwork, ignorance, slowness, and lack of English skills (in England). For too long I either kept these complaints to myself, or just wrote complaint letters to the organisations, and kept the replies locked away in my filing cabinet.
